Who we are

This website is published by the Lowell Elementary PTA, a volunteer-run nonprofit parent-teacher association serving Lowell Elementary School in Long Beach, California. We are an independent association: this is not the official website of Lowell Elementary School or the Long Beach Unified School District. The school's official page is lowell.lbschools.net, and official school business (like reporting an absence) should go through the school, not this site.

Using this site

The site exists to keep Lowell families informed and involved. You're welcome to read, share, and print anything here for personal and school-community use. Please don't misuse the site: no scraping contact addresses for spam, submitting false RSVPs, or attempting to interfere with how the site runs.

Event details can change

Volunteers work hard to keep dates, times, and details accurate, but school life moves fast and things get rescheduled. For anything important, confirm against the calendar or the Lowell Log newsletter, or just ask us. We can't promise every detail on every page is current.

Purchases and payments

The Sea Star Store and PTA membership purchases run on FutureFund, a separate platform with its own terms. No payments happen on this website.

Links to other sites

We link to school, district, PTA, and community resources we think are helpful. Those sites belong to their owners; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Our content

The Lowell PTA name, logo, and the content on this site belong to the Lowell Elementary PTA. School-community sharing is encouraged; commercial use isn't allowed without asking us first.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is, by volunteers, free of charge. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Lowell Elementary PTA isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
