Free Immunization Clinics for Children

Long Beach Health and Human Services will offer free drive-up clinics for childhood vaccines. The clinics will serve students entering kindergarten and transitional kindergarten, as well as students entering seventh grade. To avoid crowding, vaccinations will be offered for certain grade levels, staggered alphabetically by last name at specified times from Aug. 31 to Sept. 2. The free immunizations are for students with no insurance or with Medi-Cal and no assigned provider. Parents of students who have a pediatrician should call their office to receive immunizations there. All clinics will be offered at 2525 Grand Ave., Long Beach. Families who attend the clinics should wear face coverings.

Parents must take the following items to the clinic:

  • Flier  or Spanish flier

  • Patient registration form  or Spanish Registration Form

  • Child's Immunization record
